25 lb. Resistance Band
Apply between 5 and 25 lbs. of linear resistance with our cloth wrapped resistance band. For more resistance simply step away from the anchor point or ease up by taking a few steps forward.
Door Anchor
To use the door anchor, simply weave the anchor through the hinge side of the door and align to forehead height. Then, close the door and ensure it’s secure by giving the metal D ring a quick tug.
Door Belt
To install the door belt, open your door and weave the belt around it. Ensure all three D rings are facing the side of the door you wish to use your Iron Neck on before buckling the belt and tightening the straps.
Cinch Anchor
Use Iron Neck on any vertical post such as a squat rack. Simply wrap the anchor around the beam and weave the D ring back through the anchor.
3X Size Front Pads
